Kami sebuah Perusahaan Tambang Batu Bara yang sedang berkembang di Indonesia, membutuhkan CPP ( Coal Processing Plant ) Supervisor yang siap ditempatkan di luar Jakarta :

Legal Officer

Requirements:

• S.H. degree holder with 3 to 5 years PQE, preferably in a reputable law firm;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office application skills;
• Excellent time management and organizational skill is a must;
• Outspoken, confident, with a passion to learn;
• Able to handle tight deadlines;

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to Head of Legal;
2. Drafting, reviewing and advising on operational, marketing and other commercial contracts;
3. Advising on relevant Indonesian laws and regulations, prepare and carry out internal legal training;
4. Legal due diligence;
5. Liaising with government authorities and agencies;
6. Ad hoc projects.
