PT Kronicles IT Consulting is a regional Enterprise Business Solutions provider with offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
We are looking for regional PROJECT MANAGER to be based in our Indonesia office (Jakarta Area) but who are able to travel and provide consultation services to our customers within Asia Pacific region.

PROJECT MANAGER

Ideal candidates should have :
  • Work with clients on scoping specific projects, and then work with the client to produce measurable results.
  • Assist with designing, building and testing client applications.
  • Determine information requirements and reporting needs.
  • Document project activities.
  • Communicate personal and project status
  • Become intimately familiar with engagement methodology and service offerings, as well as the partner solution offerings within their respective practice.
  • Assist in pre-sales efforts to explain our services offerings to prospective clients.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services.
  • CPA and/or Finance & Accounting experience a plus
  • Considerable experience managing all facets of large-scale projects, multi-project programs, multi-currency systems, or major project sub-sets ensuring that schedule, budget and quality goals are met.
  • System integration experience
  • Project deliverables, work papers and other project artifacts development experience
  • Extensive experience managing allocation, utilization, and direction of resources (functional and technical)
  • Project change management experience
  • Proven experience helping prioritize business requirements
  • Experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques
  • System selection and IT Strategy a plus


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least  min 5 (five) cylcles Oracle Hyperion Planning implementation.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and forecasting processes.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent technology skills related to product implementation.
  • Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.)
  • Project Management Skill, preferred certified in PMI/PMP.
  • Ability to complete implementation work with minimal direction.
  • Ability to create drafts of project documentation.
Additional info
  • Min 8+ years, industry experience in project management, software professional services related industry.
  • Hands-on knowledge with enterprise performance management and business intelligence solutions and has a track record of successful implementations.
  • Completes the implementation work assigned in a timely manner and is able to assist in validating the requirements and design of the application.
  • Able to perform the routine and non-routine activities in each area of responsibility independently, with minimal coaching and supervision.

Professional Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8-15 years experience. 4-year bachelor degree required. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency required.

ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACC Staff)

Kualifikasi :
  • Pria/wanita, usia max. 30 tahun, Pendidikan min. S-1 dari Universitas terkemuka dengan IPK min 3.00 diutamakan dari jurusan Ekonomi Akuntansi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja min. 1 tahun di bidang Accounting dan pernah bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik.
  • Membuat request atas perubahan parameter accounting di semua aplikasi dan membuat request perubahan aplikasi yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan akuntansi.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang kuat, dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan, komunikasi yang baik, cepat belajar, dapat bekerja secara mandiri maupun bekerja sama dalam  tim, memiliki integritas, jujur, teliti dan menguasai aplikasi computer.

ELJOHN Radio membutuhkan segera karyawan, untuk mengisi posisi :

RADIO STATION MANAGER

Job Description :
  • Monitoring and evaluatingthe quality of the station and meeting all requirements and regulations with regards to programming
  • Motivatig and managing sales staff to meet all sales quotas or budget requirements for income
  • Handling all complaints, questions or request for information about the station
  • Hiring and training of new employees, organizations and agencies to prompt the radio station and increase the market for advertising
  • Developing budget plans, employee, schedykes and overseeing the daily operation of the station

Qualifications :
  • Male/Female
  • Age max. 35 years old
  • Holding Bachelor Degree (S1)
  • Having min. 3 years as Radio Station Manager
  • Extensive knowledge on Mac and Windows Operating Systems
  • Deadline driven and strong leadership qualities
  • Willing to placed outside Jakarta
